My next question is, I believe, about the Fort Providence transmission line. I believe this a $60 million total project. Can I just clarify whether this is going to be 100 percent -- sorry, I also understand it's also 75 percent federal dollars. But the remaining 25 percent, will that be 100 percent GNWT funding or would be transferring some debt over to the Power Corp. Are we gifting them the asset for zero dollars essentially.
