So when we do assess the condition of the unit, we do take into consideration the level of investment that would be required to bring that unit back into service, and typically if it -- our guideline essentially is if it would cost us more than 70 percent of replacement value to renovate that units, then we would be looking at replacing and surplusing that unit.
