And, you know, this just goes to our renewal as well too, and, you know, as -- you know, I come from a smaller community as well, and I have the same issues as your riding as well. And with these 22 units, I'd be interested to see if there's -- if we do have the tenants that are wanting to purchase those units, I'd like to work with the Member and see what opportunities that we may have and that could supported through the corporation in looking at a possible transfer to those tenants.
