So thank you, Madam Chair. Of the 102 units, approximately 23 of those units are examples like the COVID units, units where we have completed a project but the units have not yet been occupied. So there's a total of 23 there. The remaining units are units that are either currently under repair or will be under repair and as Jim said, we've either got the money, or we'll be dealing with the budget for that internally and don't need any additional funding to deal with the 102 units that we've identified currently as vacant units.
