We have been, for the last number of years, providing some in-kind support through staff and actually assigned staff, a couple of years ago, to participate in helping the office find some process improvements to streamline processes. We continue to have staff members who are supporting the office with their time. That's how we have been dealing with some of the workload issues. Thank you, Mr. Chair.
