Thank you. I do not really want to ruin the surprise, but the strategy recognizes all of the issues that were brought up. It has a range of different ideas of things that we could do, that we would like to do, so it touches on many different things. There is not the commitment in there to build a dedicated artists' studio or anything like that, though. I can tell the Member that. It will be coming.
