The reason I ask is this is a really important program, especially when it comes to things like insurance because a lot of insurance companies have stringent requirements on having such things as double-walled fuel tanks. They have to be certain specs; otherwise, they won't insure them. They will usually have exclusion there if they don't. My other question on this was: how much of this program is subscribed outside of Yellowknife? That's what I was trying to get at. Thank you.
