Has the department assessed how the new proposed fish plant could be used for agricultural purposes during the off season, like for, say, if you have vegetables that have to be dealt with? My understanding is that that plant might be multipurpose, so what I am trying to do is get a full-meal deal here, fish and vegetables. Thank you.
