Thank you, Mr. Speaker. And this is another issue that we are well aware of and are taking steps to remedy it. There are some schools where there is one teacher, and that's also the principal. And so we're developing training for individuals in those situations so that they can better handle those schools because we recognize that it is an issue. And that will be done in conjunction with the rollout of the British Columbia curriculum that we are adapting. So, yes, that plan is underway. We recognize its importance, and we are doing that work.
