Mr. Powder is a retired and long-serving member of the Canadian Armed Forces who served our country both in Canada and overseas. Mr. Powder is an Indigenous northerner from Fort Smith and a keen observer of the Legislative Assembly. Welcome, Mr. Powder. Thank you for your service and for making us proud as northerners.
