So I guess I just want to ask, and maybe leave a bit of a comment more, but can maybe the Minister speak a little bit about the trends for Indigenous male employment, Aboriginal male employment, in small communities. This is a priority of our Assembly to increase employment in general in small communities. So, you know, given that males are so underrepresented in the public service, what is she personally doing to ensure that that changes? Thank you.
