Yeah, thanks for that. I guess I'm trying to find a way to talk about this, because I know what the number is, but let's just say it's significantly less than the number of communities that are outlined on page 70, from what I understand. So if, you know, a significant number of communities don't have completed asset plans, and that's my understanding, how do we actually know what the municipal funding gap is and how do we, you know -- how do we get every community to have a community asset plan?
