Thank you, Madam Chair. Right now, these leases are of a shorter term in nature. Like, they go up to about five years in a number of cases, and they are considered operating leases at this time. So they are reflected as an O and M expenditure. They're not a longer term capital lease scenario and if that was the case, then that would have affect the debt calculations of the corporation and then ultimately the debt calculations for the GNWT.
