Thank you, Madam Chair. I'm now looking at the community transfer initiatives. I'm happy to see that we're at least not cutting the money there, and there's a little bit more than we actually spent. It is my understanding that -- and I probably should know this so forgive me for asking. But that this is not -- that there are some communities that don't have these organizations in the community, and so I'm just wondering in a case where a community doesn't have a transfer initiative, where -- is there money being made up in another pot somewhere.
