But I think -- I guess my next question would be, then, we talked a lot about the silos and obviously there's a lot of asset management expertise within the Department of Infrastructure. So I'm curious to know a little bit more about would there be -- would this work and the assessment management strategy be being done in conjunction with the Department of Infrastructure, or at least with their expertise feeding into it, or even a review at the end?
