I would like to see the Minister take action in the short term to address the gaps in advancing Indigenous employees. Can the Minister confirm whether there is a requirement for managers who supervise Indigenous employees to establish a progression plan? The following question is that if there is no specific requirement, can the Minister commit to establishing an internal directive for all managers to establish a development plan over the next six months?
