So we do have a -- and we'll be continuing a number of funding programs for staff, generally for staff that are already in the healthcare system to be able to refine their skills and to, you know, carry on in their career ladder. And I think we've -- we have about $2.2 million annually that we have available to support these kinds of activities, and we'll have certainly more to say about that with the arrival of the HR strategy.
