But it's my understanding of the costs of some of these mini hydro projects should go down specifically to all-season road now providing easier transportation. Can the Minister tell us whether there's been a comprehensive evaluation of energy options for the Tlicho communities, including mini hydro transmission lines from various sources and, perhaps most importantly, looking at value for money in terms of greenhouse gas reductions.
