Thank you, Madam Chair. Yes, so the target is to deliver a hundred new public housing units. So that would be added to our existing stock of available public housing units for tenants. Now, we do recognize that there's ongoing dispositions that do occur within our portfolio. They come in different forms but one of them would be under the homeownership initiative program. But the expectation is that those units would eventually be replaced over time through subsequent capital plans and to ensure that we do realize the net increase of a hundred units.
