Madam Chair, I move that this committee recommends that the Government of the Northwest Territories take an all-of-government approach to providing sustainable multi-year funding for emergency shelters, transitional housing with wraparound sobriety and mental health supports and supported living housing with managed alcohol and harm reduction programs.
