And so I know that in the last Assembly there was a great deal of interest from the Members around how we make decisions and specifically how Cabinet makes decisions on various pieces of information before them, be it decision instruments, be it financial decisions. And so part of that conversation was climate change consideration so I'm just asking I guess, do climate change considerations occur in the substantiations of these projects? Thank you.
