I'm wondering if this is the type of project that would have been improved by the project that's listed second, the information management and technology planning study's initiative. It seems like that initiative is trying to prevent situations like this from taking place but maybe the Minister can comment on whether this is a good example of what might be prevented by that planning study's project.
