So, Mr. Chair, the Mackenzie Valley Fibre Loop -- or the Canada North Fibre Loop is related in that this project is coming up on the Yukon side along the Dempster roughly and will link into the Mackenzie Valley Fibre that has -- comes up obviously through the Mackenzie Valley, and it will provide redundancy for the Northwest Territories and Yukon in that when the two come together then there's -- well, again, it makes a redundant loop between the two.
