So this funding really is for the construction of the facility and not for the operations of the facility and that while during capital planning there would be consideration given to what operational impacts there might be, this funding specifically is just the infrastructure component, and what type of operations and what kind of engagement processes they may undertake would be part of the operational plan that would fall under Health and Social Services.
