Thank you, Mr. Chair. Mr. Chair, I recall that the Ontario system took ten years to develop to go from their old Mineral Resource Act to the one they have now which includes the online map staking. So keeping that in mind, you know, we're not as offside in terms of a timeline.
With respect to reinventing the wheel, I mean, again, I can't speak to the experience of the third-party contractor that they have now, but it certainly is someone who does exactly this type of work so I would like to think that if someone's an expert in this field that they would certainly not be reinventing something unnecessarily.
Part of what's made our situation unique is the unique nature of land and land ownership and land rights in the Northwest Territories. But, again, Mr. Chair, in that regard I can say that there was some work done to ensure that our approach is one that is going to be modern and, if anything, it's -- it will be responding to the uniqueness of the Northwest Territories. So, for instance, even just deciding on a grid versus not took some time but that decision has been made and moved on. So, yes, I don't think a reinventing of the wheel is the challenge at this point, Mr. Chair. But thank you.
