The environmental liabilities are a requirement under PSEVs for us to record an estimate into, I guess, the cost of potential environmental remediation or clean-up if it is a deemed a liability, if it is a liability that belongs to the government, if it's an asset that we own. And then once that liability's determined, then we have to book the estimate of the clean-up or the remediation and then it is treated with accounting standards that report it according to the present value of the future environmental remediation or clean-up for when that asset is either retired or when the clean-up is required.
