Thank you, Mr. Chair. I think it's important to envision the role of EIA as a coordinator. There's many departments that work on the relationships, in particular for specific clients, and the focus from an EIA perspective is to ensure that we're doing the best for the client and trying to make sure that we can all work together. So I can say that there's a lot of work that's being done to look at client specific needs, determine who in the departments needs to work on those issues, and getting them working on those as quickly as possible and as effectively as possible.
