Thank you, Mr. Chair. The functional review -- well, I should say since the last update on that, we've changed staffing leadership within our corporate communications division within the department. We've taken a look at the functional review and determined that while we'll use some of the lessons learned in previous versions of reviews, what we'll likely focus on doing going forward is engaging with the comms community within and across the GNWT to make sure that what we're doing as a system, and how we're supporting communicators within departments, is effective and helps them address their needs and pressures they're receiving from within their departments and within the sectors they serve. So that's the shift of focus at this point. So at this point, the review is no longer going to proceed at least in the way that was originally envisioned coming out of the last Assembly.
