Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I too would like to recognize my constituent William Gagnon who is back from his international travels, and welcome back to the Assembly. And I too would like to recognize Mr. Steve Loutitt who I did not have the pleasure of working with in my time in the public service but was very much far and away the most welcoming deputy minister since I took on this role, and I believe we have become fast friends and I look forward to having a beer with him tomorrow night.
