Mr. Speaker, I move, seconded by the honourable Member for Nunakput that Bill 11, an Act to Amend the Legislative Assembly and Executive Council Act be read for the second time. Mr. Speaker, this bill would amend the Legislative Assembly and Executive Council Act to specify an indemnity payable to the Government Leader and other Ministers and to provide that the Speaker shall table before the Legislative Assembly a report on the amounts paid in a fiscal year to Members of the Legislative Assembly by way of indemnity, allowance or expense.
