Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Members. Mr. Speaker, I move, seconded by the honourable Member for Nunakput, that Bill 15, An Act to Amend the Elections Act, be read for the second time. Mr. Speaker, this bill amends the Elections Act to allow the chief electoral officer to set the period for enumeration. The bill also permits inmates serving sentences of less than two years to vote in an election and makes technical amendments relating to advanced polls, election officials, and the reporting of campaign financing.
