Mr. Speaker, I move, seconded by the honourable Member for Kam Lake, that Bill 32, An Act to Amend the Pharmacy Act, be read for the second time. This bill amends the Pharmacy Act to ensure that the provision of the act relating to the establishment, administration and operation of a program to monitor prescriptions applies, notwithstanding the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
