A new question, Mr. Speaker. It is again directed to the Minister of Social Services. Mr. Speaker, considering the social issues that we are facing in the North, and I firmly believe that some of the fundamental causes of these social issues stem from the abuse of alcohol, I would like to know -- I know that the alcohol and drug board of management has adopted a policy of abstention for the workers that deliver the programs with respect to these types of programs that we see which are funded from the department. I certainly believe in and fully support this decision to show a commitment to addressing such an issue. I would like to know whether the Minister will continue to support the decision of the alcohol and drug board of management with respect to abstention for alcohol and drug workers in the NWT.
