We have sat for 58 days and on behalf of all Members I would like to thank the interpreters, the pages, the Legislative Assembly staff, the Cabinet, our new Hansard group, thank everybody that has made it possible for the Legislative Assembly to meet. Mr. Speaker, Members of the Legislative Assembly, as Commissioner of the Northwest Territories, I hereby assent to: Bill 9, An Act to Amend the Insurance Act: Bill 31, An Act to Amend the Student Financial Assistance Act; Bill 32, An Act to Amend the Young Offenders Act, No. 2; Bill 33, Appropriation Act, No. 2, 1992-93; and Bill 34, Supplementary Appropriation Act, No. 2, 1992-93.

At this time, I would like to confirm that the third session of the 12th Legislature will commence on Tuesday, November 17, 1992, in Yellowknife.

As Commissioner of the Northwest Territories, I prorogue this second session of the 12th Legislative Assembly of the Northwest Territories.
