What we generally do is send a caller out to the projects as early in the year as possible to request submissions from them. About the end of the second quarter of the year, we go through those and make the decisions and recommendations to our Minister.

I am asking these questions because it has been brought to my attention that certain projects have great difficulty in obtaining capital money. They are always being told that there is no money available or that it is all used up. That is the reason I am raising these questions. There is $158,000. I would like some idea of where it is going and how projects line up for the money.
