Thank you, Mr. Speaker. My facts are different. According to a number of letters which I reviewed on this issue, the employee did not ask for a voluntary transfer, but was pressed into a transfer. Therefore, this deal was struck between the employee and the department. Since the Minister indicated that the union-negotiated agreement was not violated and since he indicated that the employee declined that right, is it the practice of the Department of Personnel to allow for voluntary transfers, or any type of transfer from an individual's position to another position without notice being granted to the union?
