Mr. Chairman, just so nobody believes that I was picking on Mr. Zoe's constituency, I know the matter of the forest fire management basin in Fort McPherson. I raised the point earlier for the potential economic opportunities and the possibilities of a base and offices that could be a base. I hope that the honourable Member or the Minister and his department will review the possibilities of the leasing of office space for base purposes in Fort McPherson as well.

I would like to be clear about this particular matter. I was lead to believe, Mr. Chairman, that during the last capital review, the monies that have been provided for the base, the $95,000 was to include not only the heliport but the warehouse and the office for the forest fire staff in Fort McPherson.

Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Perhaps if our finance director could explain about the project. Because we are short of money, we have to scale back the project and we are going ahead with the bulk building system which would allow us to save more than $20,000 per year. The second phase would be the renovation of the office and possibly the leasing of an office. That option is still open. Thank you.
