Thank you, Mr. Chairman. Mr. Gargan is right. The law is not enforceable at this time because it has not been declared into force. It is, however, still a law that exists and has received the approval of this House. From my recollection of the Land Titles Act, when we did it in 1988, it did not have a sunset clause which would give it a limited life span. Until such time as this House repeals that act, it is still the law of this House even though it is not enforceable at this point in time as it has not been proclaimed in force.
