Mr. Speaker, the issue at hand is the fact that the public does not feel that the medical procedures used during abortion -- there is a concern in the Territories by women that the procedures used for abortions are not medical procedures. Apparently it has been indicated that the same type of practice is not necessarily used in any other part of the country. If the Minister could think of the pain that could be endured during such a procedure without a pain relief measure taken. I would like to ask the Minister, does he believe that there have been no patients who did not want to have pain relief during this procedure, and that it should not be administered?
