If I may, I move that the committee recommends that Arctic College develop a strategy that would avoid duplication of services currently delivered at six of their campuses; and further, the committee recommends that all capital projects related to Arctic College, other than the adult education centres, be deferred until such time as a capital plan and strategy has been presented and approved by the Legislative Assembly.
