Thank you, Mr. Speaker. It is a priority with our government to educate the northern people for positions they could hold in government. But because of restraint measures government had to take this year, I requested the department to put together more effective and more efficient programs. Since we are short of funds, we have to be more effective and more efficient. So, Mr. Speaker, I have asked my department to see if we could be innovative, to direct the educational leave or educational assistance that we provide to the students, and my department is working on that today. Thank you.
