Thank you, Mr. Speaker. I am going to ask a question from the statement I made on behalf of social agencies a few days ago, that has to do with a question to the Minister of Social Services. I am aware that there are several mentally handicapped persons from the NWT who are living in southern institutions. The Association for Community Living has reported that this government's spends $100,000 annually to care for these individuals in southern institutions. Has the Department of Social Services looked at bringing these people back from southern institutions?
