The other point is that there are procedural matters that can be used in reviewing clauses of the bill, and certain options available to you that could be considered. Coming into force, for instance, or for that matter, deferring third reading, or the implementation, hose are all part of the rules of this House, and they can be used in your interests, if that is what you wish to do.
