I have not concluded, yet. I have not heard any amendments, or any motions, or anything of that particular nature. If you wish not to proceed with the bill as a whole, I believe that a motion could be considered. I would have to review the motion, appropriately. If there was concern with regard to the bill, proceeding any further, or proceeding beyond third reading, as I indicated, there are procedural opportunities for Members to consider, even if approval has been given at this particular juncture.
