Your committee has been considering Bill 1, Appropriation Act, No. 1, 1994-95; Committee Report 3-12(4), Review of the 1994-95 Capital Estimates, Bill 5, Supplementary Appropriation Act, No. 5, 1992-93; and, Bill 6, Supplementary Appropriation Act, No. 2, 1993-94, and would like to report progress with two motions adopted and that Committee Report 3-12(4), Review of the 1994-95 Capital Estimates is concluded, that Bill 5, Supplementary Appropriation Act, No. 5, 1992-93 is ready for third reading, that Bill 1, Appropriation Act, No. 1, 1994-95 is ready for third reading as amended, and I move that the report of the committee of the whole be concurred with.
