Mr. Speaker, the intent from the beginning was to arrive at a negotiated settlement with the union. The intent is still to see whatever is available to help us get back to the negotiating table to try to come to a settlement. In the event that does not happen, I believe we would be looking at issues such as arbitration and legal proceedings to advance our own particular arguments in the hope that we can arrive at a situation where we can look at a potential deal that would be fair and equitable to both sides.
