Mr. Chairman, the Minister indicated that he feels the communities know it is available. I would appreciate if the Minister would develop a letter to the municipalities or to the larger communities that may want to take on this opportunity of block funding and indicate to them that such an opportunity is available. It is incumbent upon the government, particularly this department. As the government is looking at community transfer and responsibility, they should take the initiative to advise the communities what is available and not always wait for the communities to come to the government. Thank you.
