Thank you, Mr. Chairman. We are trying to address the issue of helping communities. We are developing a policy, which would tell this government, regardless of what kind of communities they are, to assist them in O and M and also in capital needs, whether they are bands, unincorporated or incorporated. In terms of community transfer authorities from the government, coordinated by the Minister of the aboriginal rights section of our government, any more authorities given to the community is coordinated through that office. We are there to assist the communities if we are needed. We are also here to help Mr. Kakfwi's ministry if he requires help. Thank you.
