In one of the original HAP housing programs, the people who have their own private business were unable to get HAP housing but now with the new access project we have been told that it will be easier for the business people to obtain a house. In the Natilikmiot area there was one person who applied for HAP housing and was told the second time he would be able to receive a house. He tried to access this program but still he can not get it.
