Mahsi, honourable colleagues.

WHEREAS the rules of the Legislative Assembly require that a session commence on the first Wednesday in October;

AND WHEREAS it is desirable to commence the Fourth Session on a later date;

NOW THEREFORE I MOVE, seconded by the honourable Member for Hay River, notwithstanding rule 3(1), that the Commissioner be requested to convene the Fourth Session of the 12th Legislative Assembly for Wednesday, November 17, 1993.
